He provides advice on Investment Portfolios, Retirement and Pension Planning, Cash Management as well as Corporate Solutions. Mario customizes each phase of the financial planning process to focus on his clients and their families to live out their dream.

 

He joined Investment Planning Counsel in 2010 and attended Wilfrid Laurier University and Seneca College for Business Administration and Computer Technology. He possesses a decade long experience in International Business Management for various commodity orientated industries, also holding one of the highest designations in global trade.

 

Mario is also a proud sponsor of various charitable organizations. He is married, loves nature, technology and most importantly finance. He has decades of entrepreneurial experience in personal finance, taxes and managing commodities and international business development for global institutions.

Sue Reddon

Sue is responsible for customer experience, advisor support and scheduling client appointments. Her decade long experience in the financial services industry supports our team's operations. Her role details into order processing, compliant standard review and customer support.

 

Her experience in managing community organizations and her outstanding career in financial services has benefited our team.  With Sue, we can ensure that our clients receive the highest standard of service and support. 

 

She also provides tax preparation and bookkeeping services as a consultant outside of her role with our team.

Georgina Hadjiyianni

Business Operations Manager

Georgina is responsible for Business Operations and Marketing. Her experience in Underwriting for the Property and Casualty industry and as a Manager of Operations with other industries has benefited our  team. She oversees our business operations and reviews compliant procedures.


With over 20 years of combined experience in Business Management, Underwriting and Customer Experience, she ensures our clients are supported with the highest level of service. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University and Conestoga College for Biochemistry and Biotechnology. With her passion for knowledge, she is constantly enhancing her credentials.

 

 

When away from the office, she enjoys traveling and the outdoors. She has a strong passion for cooking and trying new recipes.

Supporting the communities within which we work

At IPC, we built IPC Cares to bring together the various efforts we make towards enhancing the communities within which we operate. By adopting causes that are close to our hearts, we keep ourselves committed and accountable.

Last year alone, as a company, we supported the aid efforts on the Fort McMurray fires, palliative care through The Healing Cycle Foundation and women and children through The Salvation Army.

Perhaps the most significant effort we undertake, and one that we believe is representative of the kind of work that inspires and keeps us committed to our CSR efforts, is the community development project in Honduras with The Carpenteros & Friends. Last year’s project involved a group of IPC staff and Advisors volunteering their time and energy on the ground. Very little is as inspiring and rewarding as living the lives of the people you’re helping, and every one of the people who took the journey came back a changed person, even more determined to stay committed to making a difference in the world!

We also made countless small but significant contributions of our time and resources within our communities through many grassroots charities we believe in, and the ripple effect of their efforts are always rewarding.
